Binita graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Systems Engineering, South Asia Studies, and Mathematics in 2003. Later she worked with Time Inc./Time Warner in Manhattan as an IT Professional involved in a variety of projects and responibilities, from technical coding and graphic design to project management and ovwesaw Time Inc.'s international Sarbanes Oxley auditing processes.
